Padma is an executive search expert with over two decades of experience, including pivotal roles at Korn Ferry and leading Amazon's executive search in India. She hired Amazon India's initial leadership, contributing to its exponential growth. At Naspers/Prosus, she further honed her global acumen, recruiting CxO level talent for various international companies.
With an extensive network of industry leaders and a reputation as a trusted partner, Padma founded LeapInc., a boutique firm specializing in high-level executive placements. Her deep industry insights and persuasive skills offer her clients, ranging from VCs to startups, unparalleled access to senior talent.
